You know how some people I'd like to call idiots, use the word hella in front of other words for emphasis. Well I propose that people use the word turbo in front of words for emphasis. For instance turbo hot(in the weather sense) would mean you could cook eggs on the sidewalk. Turbo ugly is pretty self explanatory. Turbo dumb would imply brain function lower than that of a fetus.
