Hmm....

I read an article today that seemed fishy but I will get to that later. What is on my mind is the question of charity. I've thought about this before about the whole idea of giving to the needy. Do people give just to make themselves feel better or do they really want those needy to have what they have. We pump up the idea of giving to charity as if it is some great thing. Never pumping up the idea of making sure those people have the same things the more fortunate have. Do we just want certain people to always be below us and give charity forever? Does anyone really believe in the possibility of a society where everyone is pretty much on the same ground or will there always be a heiarchy where the majority is crushed under the minority on top.
